Her business practices are unethical. I was informed by my insurance company she was in network. I called and made an appointment with her. After the appointment she told me the amount and I asked her if she wasn't billing the insurance. She said "Yes" I would pay her out of pocket and she would bill my insurance company. If my insurance company paid the claim she'd refund my money or I could get it from them. At NO time during the scheduling process did she explain her billing process.
