If i could leave no stars i would. I had their incompetent, wannabe plumber install a shower for me. I told them they didn't have to trim it in just make sure it was installed. They installed but failed to secure it to the wall. I had to drill through the side of the shower to secure it to the wall. The shower was working until this winter, which is much colder than last winter, and the trap froze. The actual work is good but the communication is awful. We had an issue with our water boiler that does both our hot water and heat. Was told the part that was needed was in stock at the distributor, so shouldn’t take long to come. Was ordered Tuesday 01/13, supposedly as a “rush” but was told I would get an update once Tracey got the tracking number. I did not get any updates unless I called. I’m extremely disappointed with the after care provided. I called three times in the summer when the LG heat pump stopped working and was assured someone would come. They NEVER did. The unit started limping along and I called again to have a service call and was assured they would come but NEVER did. Very disappointed in this company and don’t recommend them at all
