I’m extremely disappointed with the after care provided. I called three times in the summer when the LG heat pump stopped working and was assured someone would come. They NEVER did. The unit started limping along and I called again to have a service call and was assured they would come but NEVER did. Very disappointed in this company and don’t recommend them at all
Sandy Hamilton htg etc is an incompetent unreliable from the woman who answers phone Tracy to those who enter your home. Walk away , no run away, from this shell of a co.
I called, desperate for a plumber, everybody was busy, including Sandy Hamilton. However, Sandy Hamilton called me back to see if I needed help a day later. Five stars for that!
Have called twice to get an appointment and was told someone would call me back. Crickets. AND they installed all my heating air conditioning systems. Bad customer service.
