I have my home and automobile through Sandy Eppling State Farm and have had for several years. The staff is quick to respond professionally to my needs. I am always treated fairly. 10 out of 10 stars for this agency.
Im giving a 1 star review due to the fact of when i tried getting a qoute through them they wouldnt do it they had said my 2 week old roof on my garage is too old now i dont know about anyone else but the thought of having to put on a new roof every day to every week that their underwriter appearently requires is pretty dumb , wasteful and expensive
I called State Farm-(Sandy Epling) needing insurance for my new car, and Ella was amazing to work with. This was my first time getting car insurance, so I was pretty confused about everything, but she explained it all in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all of my questions and got me insured the same day. I really appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend asking for Ella if you need insurance!
