I would be cautious when purchasing a home that was remodeled by her. Homes are cheaply refinished and problems are covered up. I pulled out the stove to find she didn't even dry wall behind it. To make it worse there was a pipe that was exposed and covered by dry wall that had a huge rusted hole so anytime I do dishes water leaks into the wall. This happens within months of living there.
