Sandy was a joy to work with. She was so attentive and quick with her communications. Buying a house can be stressful and she made it easy and fun. I truly believe that we wouldn’t have been able to get the house we got without her given the competition in the current market. We also had a unique and complicated financial situation, Sandy was instrumental in helping us find the right lender to navigate the approval process in a speedy manner. Looking at properties on and off in Oakland as the interest rates were going up and up, I couldn’t bring myself to take the leap, until I decided to just go for it.
