Sandy was a joy to work with. She was so attentive and quick with her communications. Buying a house can be stressful and she made it easy and fun. I truly believe that we wouldn’t have been able to get the house we got without her given the competition in the current market. We also had a unique and complicated financial situation, Sandy was instrumental in helping us find the right lender to navigate the approval process in a speedy manner. She also helped us with a challenging home owner’s insurance market.
Sandy was referred to me by friends who worked successfully with her to buy their first home. What a gift that was... I bought and sold a home with two different agents over a decade ago. Looking at properties on and off in Oakland as the interest rates were going up and up, I couldn’t bring myself to take the leap, until I decided to just go for it.
