Office staff was friendly. Office was very clean. My issue is that I was quoted a price for surgery as long as there were no complications there were no complications and I was charged $400 more than my quote. The last and final visit she was given an injection that I was not asked about and I was also charged an office visit that I was told I would not be. They need to let patients know what procedures are being done before they are done and charged for. My quoted $1,500 surgery cost me $2800
Took my dachshund puppies in for a vet check and vaccinations. We were able to get a same day appointment and the vet and office had experience with litter checkups.
I haven't gone yet but my son's Dog chiwawa mixed with Jack Russell has been with us over 20 years and I know she's old and don't want her suffering from age but looking in to putting her down just need to go check what the fee will be but it's my home town
Thank you Dee, Dr. Denton, & team! I came to the area for hunting and had contacted them ahead of time in case of emergency. They were happy to help and be my contact. Sure enough, my dog got on to a porcupine and had quills in his mouth and gums that he wouldn’t let me pull. I showed up first thing Monday morning and they took him in, had him out in a few hours, and treated him like he was a regular. Could not have had a better experience, or gotten better care for my guy. They are a wonderful and caring team. Thanks again!
My experience was one of the best experiences. Absolutely recommend for a veterinary.
