Such a sweet cottage with close proximity to beach, shops, restaurants coffee and the truely iconic Avoca Theatre. Bed and lounge super comfortable, kitchen perfect and extremely well appointed (if you can be bothered to cook). Bathroom generous in size and of course because it is recently renovated everything is fresh stylish but not too sterile. The owners have certainly maintained the beach shack feel.. sooo refreshing. Perfect place on the beach!
Fantastic location right opposite the corner of the lagoon and beach, cute house perfect for two or three people with great decor and good Aircon. Quick walk to shops and cafes. Love to visit again.
Like most woolies it has just about all your supermarket needs catered for.
