I had went in as a walk-in, asking for just a simple hair cut. I was not greeted nicely & was told "We don't have time for that.", & I wasn't even asked if I wanted to make an appointment for more convenient time. When another lady about close to my age, but different race, walked in asking for a hair cut...they gladly helped her! Never had I felt so insulted! Rest assured, that was my first & last time in that salon.
