Beware of this place before i signed my contract i asked the lady that was helping me if my son would be allowed in the room with me if i bought him a pair of eyewear to protect his eyes and she told me i could because i didnt wanna sign a contract if i couldn't have him. I dont have any family here and my husband is home on weekends so i didnt wanna be paying all that money a month if i was only tanning once a week. I've enjoyed my experince at Glo Tan Fort Smith until today when I went in to tan and the owner (I assume) was there and immediately began pushing products on me. I think he thought he was being cute when he said he thought I "looked like a Sodies kind of girl" but it wasn't cute. Whatever that meant I wasn't impressed and instead felt uncomfortable, not how you want to make your patrons feel. The girls at glow are very nice and the salon is very clean and relaxing. The new owner brought in spa services i use the body wraps every week. great place!!
I've been tanning here for the past 2 1/2 years and have never had any problems!! By far my favorite tanning salon! Very friendly employees, great beds, great lotions, and great prices!
Great place to get tan! I enjoy the staffs friendly smile and the wonderful atmosphere there! They are the best ����
Clean beds, but they are too expensive and very pushy with products and trying to make you upgrade. I will change places.
All the staff are courteous and very respectful...always willing to help :) I have been a member for over a year!
The "owner" doesn't handle customer problems. He leaves that to the undertrained, "cute" female staff members that he "trains to handle customer issues". DO NOT DO AUTO DRAFT because even if you call to check status to make sure that nothing is drafted out - they will still draft if you have your card on file. I called and was told my "freeze" was in place (by one of the staff members who was trained so diligently by the "owner") then low and behold the money was drafted out of my account. The staff is very friendly. Nice expensive tanning products. The rooms and tanning beds were very clean. Usually in and out pretty quick and close to home. Golly...really...upgrade
