Faith was so helpful and nice! I went in knowing NOTHING about today’s tanning products after not using a tanning bed in over 10 years. I got to sit in the massage chair while filling out my membership application before I even paid for anything then she thoroughly explained all of the products I needed for my specific goals & each individual wellness pod throughout the tour. I tried all of the options available & had an easy, relaxing, and excellent experience!
Faith is rude, and lacks customer service skills. She's pushy and told us to go to palm beach because we didn't want there lotion
The girls that work at Glo Tanning are very nice and welcoming.
Looked at the website says 1 time spray tan $19.99 didn’t say you had to do a complete tour and resign all the membership paperwork for just a one time tan. I’ve had a membership aware of all that. Just not a good experience at this new location
