I recently (2 days) came back to a different location to start my membership again after 5 yes of being away. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Everyone is very friendly. The beds and spas are very clean. And they are always there with a smile. I'm so happy that I have made the decision to start back up here. One session was all it has taken to lift my spirits. Thank You Glo for keeping me in your system, so I could pick up where I left off.
When I first visited, I went in a little apprehensive after reading mixed reviews about the customer service. I work in high-level customer service for a major telecommunications company, so I have a strong understanding of what excellent service looks like, and it’s a requirement for me.
