Overall I’ve heard negative remarks from other owners in the community, especially comments regarding CJ, and several guests that were friends of friends stated that the staff seemed cold and unfriendly. Many if my guests are friends of friends so these things matter to me overall.
We stayed at 8256 Lark St. Seminole, Florida. The house was very clean and it was so close to many different beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept it was easy to book in great with responses. I loved it and had a wonderful time and would do it again and again highly recommend.

Faulty microwave with a popcorn sensor that failed and caused a strong burned smell. I reported the issue before checkout and was explicitly told everything was fine. Despite this, my card was charged $150 a month later with no notice or email. I had to call to even learn why. Unacceptable practices and poor accountability. Not worth booking with this company.
