We were looking to buy a home in sandy beach. But the experience was horrid. I wouldn’t live there now if someone paid me! Manager was very rude and snooty. Acted like a school principal who was going to slap your knuckles with a ruler. . Plus way too expensive and too many rules. I want to retire not feel like I’m back In high school with cliques and people looking down their noses. Plus they are not pet lovers. That should tell you something right there.
