Richard, the best and reliable plumber in Hobart. Have helped me with last minute plumbing work, always delivers.
I talked to Richard on the phone, texted him the details as requested and he said he would contact the tenant to arrage for an inspection that week. I then did a follow up text one week later as my tenant said he had, to which he responded that he will call them. Subsequent call and text were ignored. I think this is unprofessional beacuse he did not do what he said he would do twice, and couldn't be even bothered to reply to something he agreed he could do.
