The most knowledgeable, kind dentist ever. She explained my treatment plan to the tee. Very sweet and gently spoken with an unassuming manner. Honest and respectful. Highly recommend.
The best dental experience I have ever had. It went so smoothly. The team were so kind. The Dentist Dr Alstin was fantastic, helped me with my wisdom teeth and check up was surprising reassuring me I don’t need fillings which is what a previous dentist who I was suspicious of told me a year ago I needed four. Gave me valuable and honest care. Receptionist helped me transfer my notes and X-Rays across prior to my appointment. Thanks to everyone who works here. Appreciate what a great experience I had.
I always received care and attention there. Highly recommend sandy bay dental clinic.
This one star is for the receptionist. She made a mistake to my appointment and wouldn't admit it even though I have the SMS confirmation I received on the day when the appointment was made and the one I received a day before the appointment. I would never come back to this practice because of poor customer service. I am yet to see the dentist so I have no comment about it.
