Nice and efficient, managed to get an appointment the day before. Friendly staff!
I changed to this practice as I love my doctor and she is amazing. The nurses I have had dealings with are too. Reception however. I have seen them be rude to patients whilst I have been sitting in the waiting room, they switch to rude the minute you question anything. I know of other patients who have left the clinic because of the rudeness of the reception staff. I actually dread talking to them and if I didn’t have a child who is incredibly nervous about seeing doctors, I would go to another practice.
