Dr. Bassin made me feel very comfortable during my first visit with her. She is friendly and has great bedside manor. I appreciate that her practice is not associated with a large group so that she can manage patient care without having to answer to a huge investment company that is only interested in profit and not patient care. There are very few private practice doctors left and I am grateful that Dr. Bassin has decided to put her patients first.
Dr Bassin is very thorough and considerate in her patient/doctor relationship. I completely trust her prognosis and her opinion dealing with my health situations. Very pleased overall with everything in her office, especially her hospitable staff
Dr. Bassin is a great doctor. I would recommend Dr. Bassin 100%. It is great talking with Dr. B. She listens and comes up with solutions that keep me healthy and on track for improvement. Doesn't get better than that !!
Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Doctor Bassin puts you.at ease and takes the time to explain everything in language you can understand. The only issue is have is with billing. When I pay at visit I always tell staff you are not in network and the amount is wrong.
Dr sandy is the best! super helpful, caring, kind, and very easy to talk to :)
