Dr. Bassin listens attentively and is so sweet. She is so knowledgeable and does not rush the appointment. She is so down to earth and I love her. She cares and listens.
Dr. Bassin is a gem! I’ve had thyroid problems for years that I’ve struggled to manage, and I’ve never met a more thorough, caring endocrinologist. She’s unbelievably knowledgeable and compassionate. I am so grateful I found her and have been her patient for nearly a year now. My health and happiness have improved under her care!
I had a very concerning experience at this office. During my appointment, my pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs were never taken. However, when I later reviewed my visit notes, there were vital sign measurements documented as if they had been obtained during my exam. As someone with a heart condition, this is extremely alarming and unacceptable. I contacted the office to address this issue and was told someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. Dr Bassin is a nice person. However, she runs a TERRIBLE, office. My sister has been going to her for about a year and every time she tells you she is sending a script, it never gets there. I call the office in vein; no one calls you back.it is so frustrating. Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing!
I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr.Bassin. She truly listens and takes the time to look at the whole picture instead of just treating lab numbers. I appreciate that she explains her reasoning, answers my questions, and makes thoughtful decisions based on both my test results and how I’m actually feeling. I have a sensitive nervous system, and rather than simply increasing my medication, she carefully considered the potential risks and benefits and recommended a formulation that may be better tolerated.
