They have canceled indoor adult footsal at the last possible minute with no explanation. Twice in a season. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Ms. Macdonald, head of Rec Department, did reach out after my complaint to explain the circumstances, which I appreciated. She seemed genuine, which made a difference.
