I went here with a torn acl, and all the typical symptoms of one. The doctor who saw me here said nothing was wrong and to go back to sports once the swelling went down, leading to unnecessary pain and time being wasted when they should've said that they weren't able to properly diagnose me. My father went here after having multiple small strokes. They said he was fine. He could have been crippled for life, or killed, because of the negligence and poor standard of care at this practice. I Love Sandwich Primary Care and my doctor Dr. Shultz. Staff is great and helpful. Appointments run on time , I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes of arriving and even less with telehealth . Dr. Shultz is such an amazing provider . He takes the time to listen to all symptoms and concerns and is very knowledgeable . He is also super nice and puts me directly at ease.i have a lot of health problems and he is helping me with a plan to address them and really makes me feel like I have someone on my team . Dr Shorter is the absolute best! My visit could not have been easier. So uncertain with the Covid policies but from walking in to walking out it was a breeze. Entire staff is 5 stars!!!
Dr. Shultz is great. He really listens to your needs and it feels like he genuinely cares about your health and well-being. The staff is also wonderful.
