Terrible service!! I bought a turkey sub from the dad which factory in austintown today and they screwed my sandwich completely up!! No condiments when asked and the wrong item on the sandwich itself. I have a call back to complain the person who answered the phone rudely put me on hold without notice and never clicked back over. The boardman location is 100x better when it comes to service I wouldn’t recommend going there.
They deserve 0 stars.their service sucks. Forgot half my order! I will never go back
The fries were a war crime. I should have asked for a refund for overpriced atorisities. The fries were why I tried in the first place. But if the fries suck and this sandwich is just little meat, cheese, lettuce, and uneventful bread why pay more if you get more for less at subway?
