Bathroom out of order, food all over the floor, waited a half hour for food (I was the 2nd to order and 10 people after me) got their food. Mushy food. All teenagers working even the manager was a teenager. SO DISAPPOINTED
Whoever picks this over Jersey Mike's or any other sub shop I don't know what's the problem because this is the best place to get a sub and you get what you pay for. It is absolutely awesome. I've been coming here for 30 years and I will not stop coming here.
I tried calling to place an order around 6:30pm, an hour before closing. Called several times over a 10 minute period and the phone was "busy" every time. Thankfully I wasn't far away so I just drove there and went inside to place my order. Several employees were standing around talking and the phone was off the hook, just laying on the counter, which explained why it's always "busy." Pre- ordered lunch so they could have it ready to pick up on the way to work .. when we arrived our order was never even placed. Still attempted to place order.. when ask how long it would take, the rude young lady said " a while" ....So when asked how long is a while..she stated" i dont know how ever long it take me to make the sandwiches..... next time ill just go on Market.... waaayyy better service.
Both sandwiches were wrong. One was supposed to be no onions was covered in onions. The other was supposed to be add mayo. No mayo was on it. Kid on slicer was throwing meat or cheese from the front to the fryer in the back through there little square window. Did not know until we got home it's about a 20 minute drive. Called back and talked to a male manager said someone would call back because I couldn't bring them the sandwiches back. They would have been closed by the time we made it back out there.
