BRUTAL. I used to always use this catering company, but they have fallen under new management. I placed my order on line and paid via pay pal 2 weeks before the event. The delivery time came and went. I called them...had to leave a message. No call back. I called back 30 minutes later. I was told I was mistaken that they have no orders for today.
