I needn't get into the specifics about what the problem was that needed to be resolved, but what I would like to share is Janet, the owner, couldn't have been more receptive, respectful, fair, and understanding. I received the best customer service at Sandusky Street Antiques, recommend them highly, and will continue to be a loyal customer.
Rude Signs in the bathroom and being corrected for watching the football game Ohio State vs. Penn State and was told that people were complaining that we were blocking the aisle. I was simply standing there talking to another gentleman, probably for more than a minute or two casual conversation. Wow to be told that the TV is there for convenience and it would be turned off. I felt like a little child. I won’t be back.
Always a selection of interesting finds. I’ve found many haunted wooden chests to add to my collection over the years.
