Long wait time but they try to go as fast as they can
Definitely not a good experience. Seems as though they are allowed to be disrespectful and aggressive with zero consequences. Asked for a supervisor and was refused. Told by the Sandusky office over the phone the only way to file a formal complaint on Josh was to write it out and drop it off at the office. I’m sure if I did that the complaint would never be addressed. I did call the 1-800 number and was informed how to take the next steps above the local office.
Quick and easy
Gotta say....I just left the Sandusky office and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in dealing with any type of governmental office and/or personnel! I had an appointment and was called to the window within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. I was fortunate enough to get Josh as my Customer Service Representative and he was just outstanding!
