I talk with a lady by the name of Jamie and I told her that I want them to with hold 25.00 dollars instead of 50.00 dollars from my social security checks and she straight up lied and told me that I had to put it in writing thats not True because a while back when I had an over payment I was talking to some one else from social security and they told me I did not have to put it in writing they changed the amount that I wanted to have with held. Iam not very pleased with these people with holding money from my checks every month all because of a stupid over payment that happen that wasnt my fault. I mean they already as it is dont want to give people any money knowing that these are difficult times we are living in due to the high cost of living. I submitted paperwork for my daughter for disability back in December of 2024. I received a letter from the SS office stating I needed to call my case worker, Cody Evans by 1/31/25 or else my case would be voided out. I called DAILY for 3 weeks, and every time I would get sent to his voicemail or was told that he was currently busy. When I finally did get in touch with him he just said he didn't have the time to go over my case and it would have to be at a later time.
