Iam not very pleased with these people with holding money from my checks every month all because of a stupid over payment that happen that wasnt my fault. I mean they already as it is dont want to give people any money knowing that these are difficult times we are living in due to the high cost of living. I submitted paperwork for my daughter for disability back in December of 2024. I received a letter from the SS office stating I needed to call my case worker, Cody Evans by 1/31/25 or else my case would be voided out. I called DAILY for 3 weeks, and every time I would get sent to his voicemail or was told that he was currently busy. When I finally did get in touch with him he just said he didn't have the time to go over my case and it would have to be at a later time. Mr. Cheeky answered the phone in under 15 minutes on a Wed. afternoon. Very quick for S.S. dept. He didn't rush my call,was very polite,helpful and thorough. Much appreciated.
3 calls in so far today, 120 minute wait each time, 2 of witch nobody talked for a few minutes once answered, so hung up. 3rd time today I got 3/4 of my issue resolved and since it's 3:55p.m. I got cut off the line. Nice. "Headsets messed up?" dont answer a call then. This is becoming Ignorant.
Been trying to get part B since February its June. Still not getting answers
