Called with an issue that the machine wouldn’t take the money. the owner responded very quickly and took care of us! Great car wash

Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and got their monthly wash pass. Washed my wife’s car one time and they said I’d have to pay $5 to add that car instead of mine. I already paid you for a monthly wash and you wanna charge me per vehicle? Yeah no. Won’t be returning to this car wash. Not to mention their deluxe wash that costs $18 leaves hard water stains and soap everywhere. Completely ridiculous. I’ll be going down the road to the other car wash.

I like to patronize both Sandusky MI car wash centers, and in the warmer months, I go to Sandusky Auto Spa because they have buckets of cleaner and brushes for bugs, bird poop, etc. They just installed new automatic car wash systems and, even though the gold wash is $18, I thought I would give it a try. The wash is really short, and I expected a mediocre wash. But, much to my surprise, it's an incredible wash! I give it a 10/10!! Great job, Sandusky Auto Spa!
