Fast and friendly always get me in quick.
Vehicle was towed here because they were highly recommended. Tow bill was around $500. It's a unique vehicle & they had it 8 or more months. Was told it could be picked up & safe to drive. It was snowing, the all wheel drive did not function & it fishtailed as semis came at me. Didn't make it home that night & was the scariest drive of my life. Transmission rebuild was part of the $4400 bill. Had the transmission rebuilt again elsewhere because theirs failed in less than 500 miles.
Had to have head gasket replaced on my 2007 Chevy Equinox. Came in and even under the price originally quoted for the repairs. The team went above and beyond to take care of some other maintenance opportunities for my vehicle. From Jen at the front desk being detailed and super kind... to Mike being an up front, honest and hardworking presence in the building.. I had a great experience and have always had great experiences all the years they've been in business. Thank you team!
Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! I took my car there to get my exhaust system replaced, had to wait over a week to get in. Then when I picked my car up the receipt said "replaced muffler, repaired broken pipes". Within a month the car was as loud if not louder than when I took it in. When I called in my complaint the girl behind the counter said I was being rude... and told me I was "welcome to take my vehicle somewhere else! " at this point I told her that the repairs that were done were NOT what I requested... read more
