We just went to see Dr. Sandu for the first time. Our experience was good. When I called to make an appointment the staff was very helpful. Dr. Sandu was very approachable, attentive and thorough. My son and I both liked her very much. The check out area was very helpful as well when we left. I felt like the patient room was tidy and mostly picked up but it did seem like a deeper cleaning of the walls and floors were overdue.
