Buyer beware. Usually when I leave a review, it's to proclaim how wonderful a business or service is, but for this one unfortunately, that is not the case. We were extremely disappointed in the professionalism of the (therapist?) A question mark because it seems inappropriate to refer to the person as such. Sandstone Psychology has been a life-changing resource. The therapists are very knowledgeable, compassionate and easy to talk to. If you are looking for a team that truly cares and goes the extra mile, I can't recommend Sandstone Psychology enough!
I've been a client at Sandstone for over a year and a half, and I'm consistently impressed with the exceptional care provided by the staff. My individual sessions with Bo have been particularly beneficial, and I've found them to be highly skilled and compassionate. Sandstone has been so awesome and helpful! I got my son in and loved it so much that I got me in, too! Other places have always forced me to have a card on file, then charged our account without notice, so I never got the help I needed. I don't have any of that trouble. The therapists are so caring and kind, the receptionists are great to work with, and they also answer the phone/ return my calls.
