We have been residents at Sandstone Point for the past 6 years, but our recent experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Our dishwasher has been broken for over two months, and despite repeated calls and follow-ups with the leasing office, nothing has been resolved. Each time we contact them, we are told the mechanic is unavailable or sick. I cannot thank more to Mrs Navdeep I really had the best service ever had from someone in rental management.
This place has gone downhill in the last couple of years. Five years ago, when I moved here buildings were very clean and the maintenance department was very efficient. Now that the rent has almost increased by 50% in the last 5 years, the quality of the service provided has gone extremely downhill. The building is infested with bed bugs and mice. I have tried contacting management multiple times to let them know that my unit is super clean, and still, I saw a mouse here but they haven't taken any steps to resolve this probl... read more

Disappointing service by staff. We are planing to transfer in other unit. They told to come in office to sign a lease and inspect a unit. I took day off from my work for that. After signing a lease they said to wait for inspection. I was waiting till 5. At 5, i got a call and they said inspection is not possible today. They will do inspection same day of our moving day. If it wasn’t possible today whats the point of view to call me for inspection. It’s wastage of my day.
