I had my wisdom teeth removed at Sandstone Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery about two months ago, and now that I’m fully healed, I can say the whole experience was excellent. If you’re considering wisdom teeth removal, I strongly recommend going to an oral surgeon (OMFS) rather than a general dentist — especially if your teeth are impacted or close to nerves. BEYOND impressed by this office. Literally everyone I interacted with were friendly, caring and professional. I was referred for 2 wisdom teeth extractions. Medicine was sent in a day prior. It literally took roughly 30 min for the whole appointment. I did local anesthesia and they made sure I was comfortable and kept checking that I was numb and couldn't feel anything. This is one of the few dental offices that dont make me anxious. Beautiful, clean and friendly staff. Wonderful place to go or wait for others. Thank you to the staff for their professionalism and kindness. Greatly recommend to anyone looking for work.
My dentist referred me to this place for wisdom teeth extractions. I called and asked if they accepted my insurance. They said yes. So I did the intake information over the phone and scheduled my first visit. A few days before the visit, they called me and told me that I needed to pay for the consultation out of pocket.
