Dr. Bethers and his entire staff are the absolute best. He has been an integral part of my head and neck cancer journey, and I have always been treated effectively and with respect and compassion. He always listens to my concerns, offers advice, calms my fears, and provides excellent service. Everyone there is kind and caring and has your best interest at heart. I would give them ten stars if I could!
Bryan was an amazing person to work with. Had to take a friend for an emergency removal, my friend had an intense trauma with needles and Bryan was the guy to walk her through it. He took his time, joked with her and talked her through her fears. If you have a fear of needles Bryan is the guy, he's super welcoming and funny. They were so great, i was super anxious, had a panic attack in the back room and they helped me calm down. Overall excellent customer service and professionalism on top of really good surgical work. If i ever need oral surgery again (i hope i dont) i will definitely be coming here.
The Sandstone team is always amazing with my mother! The words that describe their team are: Welcoming, friendly, professional, attentive to patients, accommodating, and hospitable - Dr. Bethers, Melissa, Angie, Arline, Sheila, Stacy and the gentleman that assisted my mother in her wheelchair (sorry I didn’t catch his name but Cooper told him we were coming).
