One of the worst restaurants I’ve been too on the Trans American Tour Route 76. I walk in at 3:45 pm and three employees sleeping all around the dining area. Laying across the serving tables and booths. Kicking their feet up on chairs. Sort of an obstacle to get through. Slowly getting up. A little shocking to see. This place is awesome. Local Family owned and operated. Amazing salad with the biggest blackberries we've ever seen. The smoked brisket was juicy, tender, and flavorful. Smoked chicken was very good. They even have a small section in the restuarant with essentials needed for a quick run to the store, like a convenience store. Small town pride is shown here. Great locally owned and operated family restaurant. Clean, open shopping and dining area with natural light and historic architecture. Framed photos of Toronto from years' past with captions if you enjoy stepping back in time. Order at the counter after taking a look at the menu - they have a pretty substantial menu with plenty of sandwiches, salads, and BBQ options.
