Reading previous reviews, I’m deeply concerned, as my own experience with Ruba was absolutely appalling. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Her manner was completely inappropriate for someone working in an infusion clinic, where patients deserve to feel safe, respected, and supported. I have rarely encountered such a lack of compassion, empathy, and professionalism in a healthcare setting. I am so happy with my 2 infusions in this clinic with Ruba. She is amazing, knowledgeable and welcoming and so I’m rating this clinic because of her. I had another infusion with the nurse Sue she was aggressive and rude telling me my elevated BP wasn’t affected by my stressful morning looking for my wallet. She checked my BP after the infusion and it went back down then she told me I chilled with her. She also pushed me on the chair after giving me confusing directions before giving me the IV.
Ruba was amazing ! So friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Great service at infusion clinic,didn’t visit drugstore.
