They have awesome customer service and all of the people working over there are really cool and personable. They also have some of the best prices in town when it comes to components.
Amazing shop experience I can’t stress it enough, they really care about their customers, I was told from a shop out of town I needed a new wheel since my hub was blown but I brought it in and Chris took it all apart to double check and found out they were wrong, then spent the time helping me out in sorting out all my bikes issues and got it running mint for my upcoming race!! Super amazing experience and very amazing customer service
To all the workers an the owners very nice people. Happy people. Take a look at this picture. rock shock forks I found behind that let's say not very good customer service bicycle shop downtown. These guys over here at sandstone they know what they're doing good customer service. It's not all about money. It's about customer service also.
Sandstone Cycles is absolutely and without exception the best bicycle shop in the country and almost certainly in the world! Chris, Shane, Dominic and Nancy are wonderful people all around! Always happy to genuinely take the time to talk, even when they’re busy, and wave hello as we’re walking in or walking out. Be warned, you will make friends here...
