No one returns phone calls. I am tired of calling and calling and leaving voice messages for Joylena. I am tired of getting over billed for services we did not ask for. You increased prices on many services 2 months after we moved our mother into your facility. Your original Mgr. Cami quit. Your billing Dept. DOES NOT take phone calls and DOES NOT have voice mail. The phone line disconnects. Who is running this operation? Nurses and nurses aids have been wonderful. Mgmt. HORRIBLE.
