I trusted Sandstone Care to take care of my child in our time of need and they did exactly that. The staff there were extremely helpful, friendly and communicative and supported my son and his recovery and transition. To the staff there, it wasn’t just work It was about changing lives and we are forever grateful. Sandstone Care changed our lives in the most meaningful and positive way and we are grateful for them and all of their support.

I enrolled my child at Sandstone Rehabilitation with high hopes based on the information provided to our family. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Communication with parents was poor throughout the program. There were instances of missed medications, which was extremely concerning, and the food quality was consistently poor. I don't even know where to start. My child was placed here and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst decisions I've made as a parent. The disorganization starts at the top and works its way down. The previous director ran things based on her feelings rather than any kind of clinical or operational logic. A new director is apparently in place now, but given how corporate has handled everything else, I'm not holding my breath that they'll actually let her fix anything. The kids run the houses. A family member attended Sandstone for mental health and addiction treatment. After numerous attempts at other facilities, Sandstone was truly the catalyst for change. My family member is doing well and I'm deeply grateful that Sandstone was able to open their eyes in a way no other program was able to.
