My time at Sandstone for the treatment I had was phenomenal. The staff was great, the therapists were great, the food was great, group was groundbreaking. I recommend Sandstone for anyone who needs it.
This was my first time going to a Detox center. Everyone was extremely nice, caring, and understanding of what I was going thru.
Nothing but good things to say about Sandstone. Every single person I interacted with (BHT’s, therapists, providers, discharge planners, etc) were amazing. They genuinely care about the people coming in, which is not as common as you would think. I did detox and RTC at the Chantilly location and PHP at the Towson location. Both places were staffed with extremely competent, caring people. 12/10 recommend.
Don’t come here for detox it’s way to loud and small they combine it the detox and Rtx together no peace and quiet at all and the staff was very rude about how I felt
Dr. Bennet was incredibly unprofessional when I brought up a medical concern and completely dismissed me and belittled and invalidated my feelings and concerns. She gave no explanations and only defended her staff without any facts stated to support that. She was completely unsympathetic and had no empathy towards me and I heard from another client this is not the first time she has done something like this.
