Sandstone has given me a safe space to grow and learn with likeminded people. Everyone here is so amazing and helpful. I have truly gained a new outlook on life because of this place. So immensely grateful for the resources provided here. I would recommend to anyone seeking help!

If your child needs help, look elsewhere. My daughter has problems with drugs and alcohol along with her mental health issues and behavioral issues. We were told they would be able to help her here, however she was discharged after she exhibited these behaviors to staff. One of the counselors there, Spring is very disrespectful to not only the parents but the children as well. Im pretty disappointed in this place. I feel like they lied to me at intake. I made it very clear that my son needed a mental health diagnosis and treatment first and foremost, alcohol abuse was a byproduct of whatever mental health issues he has. They said all the right things and agreed, took my money, then put him on general anxiety meds and didnt do anything for his mental health. I talked to them after treatment was done and they said they would call my wife to discuss. No call back after a month.

This place is absolutely awful. My mother developed a severe bed sore while staying here — it got so bad that the infection spread to her bone. The level of neglect and unprofessionalism was shocking. The staff constantly complained about being understaffed, and it was obvious that residents were not getting the care they needed or deserved.
