I was so stuck in my childhood trauma that I couldn’t live the best life I wanted. I felt like I had lost my free will to my trauma, allowing it to keep me from being present in the moment. This place and their untrained staff did me a horrible disservice. When I said I did not want to attend their treatment facility anymore they did not respect my wishes. This “treatment” was a waste of my time, traumatic, and a waste of my insurance’s money. They helped me learn new skills and were very supportive through everything I went through!
I came to sandstone very scared. I had never done therapy before. I found the experience to be great. Took me a little bit to warm up to everyone, but the stuff and everyone were very welcoming. I still use some of the stuff I learned from the sessions.
