Roaches and meth head galore... and let's not forget about nosey neighbors or neighbors that complain for no reason... oh and on top of that getting your locked up vehicle broken into every night and the pool maintenance that closes it down for a majority of the summer... yeah great place ��
When I lived there before it was really nice but that was several years ago. I guess when I am looking for an apartment it will not be Gemini Village. Glad I found this page.
Seems like a nice community. I deliver there and they are well kept. Nice tenants also.
I moved to Gemini in 2013 and it wasn't bad. It's old and I knew there would be some problems. They have raised the rent several times and now they are trying to raise it to $830 for a 2/1 and it is all out dated. The apartment is not worth it at ALL. I will not be renewing my lease and looking for something else. Good Bye Gemini Village.
Am here now and have been here 3 years. The apartments are good but the amenities are very poor this year. Last week only 3 out of the 7 washing machines in the laundry worked and once again, after the pool being out of service for 6 weeks at the start of summer, it is once again out of service. Step it up Gemini!! We pay for this stuff to be working!!
I lived there for three years and it was the best....
