Long story short: they failed to honor our reservation, left us to fend for ourselves for the night, and still felt they had nothing wrong. My friend and I checked in to this place after booking many days in advanced and confirming our reservation . We were tired and ready to settle in for the night only to realize that they had given our reservation to someone else.
