I'm not even going to address the main issue with this place that is the office person. All I'm going to say is for a fact if you're looking at an apartment before moving in definitely check under the sink in the kitchen and the bathroom.
Homey, fairly private, quiet… good used of square footage
The rental agent Kendra is very polite,very good at what she does and she's a great fit for this place.Shes no nonsense,and very nice lady. Sandston woods is a very quiet laid back community,very homey.
I moved in 2 years ago, and kendria made me feel important. I don't have much to complain about because life happens sometimes, and you can't control others. She is always concerned about what's going on with me, and makes sure I am comfortable. I know a lot of other people here and they feel the same way. I love my neighbors in my section. The new maintenance man is cool, and I love the community room. I'm giving it 5 stars.
