Just rented a storage unit and we were told the unit letter and number in email. We received email shortly after that the storage was locked because of no phone number or id. I responded I am on my way with ID. There was no office and the number on the storage was not answered. No one answered the phone just kept sending texts. I hesitantly sent id and phone number again and waited but nothing still not answering phones even after I threatened to call cops for this being a scam. I have just called the cops. I’ve had such a great experience with this storage facility! The place is always clean, well-kept, and easy to get in and out of. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which really makes a difference. I feel safe knowing my things are secure here, and the prices are fair for the peace of mind you get. Definitely recommend to anyone needing extra space!
