S&S Storage was simple and hassle free. They provided a clean and easy to access facility and had excellent customer service.

Just rented a storage unit and we were told the unit letter and number in email. We received email shortly after that the storage was locked because of no phone number or id. I responded I am on my way with ID. There was no office and the number on the storage was not answered. No one answered the phone just kept sending texts. I hesitantly sent id and phone number again and waited but nothing still not answering phones even after I threatened to call cops for this being a scam. I have just called the cops.
