First off, I was called in a script for 90 days by doctor but they prepared a 30 day instead. I told them I had a copy of the script and it said 90days, she said not for them. Called to confirm with doctor and it was sent in as 90d. They fixed it. Next issue, I was sent the package in a silver insulated package cooler packs inside that were hot. There's was a bit of confusing on my part, but ,the lady rep I spoke with today was amazing, with her looking into the issue, follow up, customer service and resolution to my misunderstanding and problem. Great customer service. As such, unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be a thing today, but I was proven wrong. Greatly satisfied !!!

I unfortunately have no choice but to use SandsRX for a dermatology prescription I get. Lately, they've been a nightmare to work with. I've asked multiple times to set up automatic refills on my prescription, they tell me it's done, then nothing is ever automatically refilled. I live over an hour away so delivery is my only option, and the delivery is extremely flaky. I've had to call 5+ times because they forget to deliver the medication or there are delays.
