DONT MOVE HERE IF POSSIBLE!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! I’m so glad I didn’t renew my lease. While living here I’ve had problem after problem and the HOA does NOTHING ! My last straw was when I came home to no lights. Come to find out the breaker had to be tripped and the emergency maintenance man on call NEVER came out that night. I had kids in my house and it was a HASSLE to get someone to even check which didn’t even happen until the next morning. Do yourself a favor and skip this place completely
If you are looking for a place to move well just don't move to Sands Point Phase 1 the association , management and the board are just thief all they do is ask for more money every year to fix this and that and let's don't forget about parking spot problem and towing cars for everything so if I was you I ll look away from that place.

Great place to stay, neighbors are friendly and respectful. As a realtor l, I have helped many owners in the area and management has been helpful. I love the tranquility from the green areas and wild life
