We love this place. It’s great for kids nice shallow pool for the small kids with a beach for playing in the sand. Kitchens are decently stocked for cooking and we keep coming back every year.
Been coming here for almost 20 years. Seen a few remodels from the old floral couches to the current ones. These units used to have pantry cabinets that they sealed up for some reason. Unfortunately you can tell the upkeep on this place is minimal. Window didn't work in our bedroom so no ventilation at all, completely miserable hot sleeping arrangements in that room. GREAT beach location. Great to snorkel and the restaurant is absolutely delicious. Issue is, we booked ocean view and when we checked in there wasn’t availability… okay, I guess although we booked it FOR this. They left one message that they still had no availability 5 days later. Okay, whatever. They boast “military friendly” although no military discounts given, it’s just a gimmick. Beautiful rooms, great pool, grounds and restaurant.
We spent a week here this past week. The staff was lovely, the rooms are nicely appointed but we had some unclean issues. Also there is no AC in the rooms so getting once with a breeze is really your only option. My only other comment is that the "beach" area is small in comparison to the size of the resort so it gets bottlenecked to get in and out of.
