I called Titan Fittings to verify some information on the hose I was looking at. I was told they would swivel and subsequently ordered them a few days later. Upon receipt of the hoses, the information they provided was wrong and they wanted to charge 25% restocking fee and me to pay for the return of the hoses, despite this misinformation stemming from their own customer service people.
