We stayed at the resort last year and it was fine. This year, the room was extremely dirty with hair, sunflower seeds, and very clearly not vacuumed. The refrigerator was broken and they brought a small one to our room. At one nights, at 1:40 a.m., I heard a very loud knock on the door.
