Got wrong time, but they still saw me
Tooth extraction 23/8/2025 Was referred to Sands House Dental Practice for an extraction. I did not find the girls on reception very mannerly. There was no formal greeting when they came in - found this to be rude and off putting. Being front of house your manner towards customers needs to be more pleasant. My experience however with the oral surgeon Manas Mishra and his dental nurse was very different. They were very engaging and asked questions and explained what to expect.
