My client was given an appt and the day it was given they were closed. After driving an hour there and back (2) hours very disappointed. And trying to get through the phone system is horrible we tried calling and getting ahold of them for a whole month before anyone even answered the phone. You are put on hold for hours at a time, and lucky if anyone even answers. Your better off going in and making an appt. And the people making the apps. Obviously don't know what offices are open when.
