My 80 year old mother had an appointment this morning at 10:20 to see a vascular surgeon. Receptionist is rude! I called to change time of appts and she was just not friendly and had a sarcastic tone. Unfortunately for the doctor the person answering the phone for the office sets the tone and can make people choose to go to another facility.
