I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership for some time, but the service quality has noticeably declined. When I purchased new Bridgestone tires, I was told the extended warranty would cover flats. Recently, I had to chase answers through unnecessary hoops, and the staff came across as rude and uninterested. Despite regularly spending $200–$300 per visit, I feel my business isn’t valued. I’ll be taking my vehicles elsewhere for service.
