Henry in service has taken care of our car for 8 years. Professional and friendly pleasure working with him. Recent visit has us upset to see 3 percent surcharge. I consider that bad for business. Upset by salesman last year now this time to find another dealership.
My entire experience - from making my appointment on-line - to checking out with my service advisor Jake Friedberg was excellent. Jake even helped me access my $50 Chevy Rewards! My only disappointment was that the system did not keep me informed about the status of my service; e.g., with a text message. So I had to go wandering around to find Jake and he's a busy guy! Regardless, I'll be back!
