Went just to look Brian helped me and Joe made it a good experience. They got me a good deal and made it super easy when looking for what I wanted. Great service overall. Only thing truck wasn’t detailed the best but Brian took accountability on it which goes a long way. Definitely a great service and would definitely recommend.
We recently went into Sands to find our new family car and Kylie made the process super quick and stress free. She took the time to find us the perfect vehicle with all the features we wanted. Kylie went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and was amazing with our kids. Highly recommend her if you’re on the search for your new vehicle!
The best car buying experience I've ever had, no pressure, no haggle. I was assisted in the purchase of my vehicle by sales associates, RW, Nick, and the sales manager Roger. As a Chevrolet customer with multiple vehicles, this place has seen my last dollar. I broke a pigtail for my oil sensor on my 2500HD and they charged $66.56 for two wires and a plastic connector. I found it at another dealership for half the price. Always call around and check prices, this dealership inflates MSRP and list price. Their list price shows 89.86 and the other dealership shows 66.56 for list. Either way its a ripoff, but this made that OEM problem even worse. Ive been using a Chevy dealer for all my service thinking that they would be a little more trusting. Boy was I wrong! Sands said I need to change my air and cabin filters and also have the 4wheel drive serviced. Not sure how often this is needed BUT Sands just did the 4 wheel service 4k miles ago and filters changed about the same.
