Below is an email I sent to the Service Advisor 3/17/25. To which I received no response. Unfortunately, I was not very happy with my service visit on 3/15/25. The service tech left the new shifter with grease all over it...I had to use a napkin to shift.... very unsatisfactory. Also, he threw the items I did leave in the car (water bottle, phone charger) on the floor. How about putting things back where they were found? Also, the car wash was terrible.
